A word from the President

Hello,

As the 3rd President for the CESO Pipes & Drums Organization, it is an honor & privilege to serve in this capacity.  Since January of 2020, we have been able to honor and show tribute for our fallen brothers & sisters, while celebrating active first responders and military personnel.   We have grown for our inception and have had the amazing opportunities of performing for a wide variety of audiences, including the United States Marine Corps Ball and a halftime show at the Dallas Cowboys game in 2021.  While our intent is to continue to pay tribute and entertain, we also have a mission to supporting education in public safety.  Every year, we offer a scholarship for a student to gain the knowledge and education to enter to rewarding fields of Police, Fire, or EMS.  We are also continually recruiting for our band for members who are interested in a support role or a band member!!   Our band is an active registered 501C3 organization and all money raised goes towards providing services to our communities and educational opportunities for new public safety students. While we do not charge for most events, donations are greatly accepted. Please reach out if you have a request for a performance, parade, gathering, ceremony, or anything you would like to have a Pipe and Drums group perform. We would love to support your event as it remains our duty to maintain the tradition of the Scottish Bagpipes in south Texas!!
